💡 What: Avoided unnecessary string cloning for file path arguments in sys_read_file, sys_write_file, and sys_exists by borrowing string slices directly when arguments are RuntimeValue::Str. Added comments confirming synchronous stdlib execution model.

🎯 Why: Previously, args[0].try_into_string()? cloned the input path string on every file operation, allocating memory on the heap even when the argument was already a RuntimeValue::Str.

📊 Measured Improvement: Reduced heap allocations per file I/O call to zero for path argument handling, saving 1 string allocation per file operation. Measured 10,000 iterations in test_sys_read_file_benchmark.

🔬 Measurement: Executed cargo test -p techscript_stdlib --test stdlib_tests -- test_sys_read_file_benchmark --nocapture.
